Photographer James A. Hudson tasked us with making a small animated film that introduces his photographic project, Metamorphosis, a residency project at the Ashmolean Museum from 2010 – 2011. In 2015, the project will be published in book form by Bardwell Press, funded by a Kickstarter campaign.
Following on from the city-wide House of Vans billboard advertising campaign, our images have graced the cover of Time Out magazine.
As part of LIFT 2014 we were commissioned to create an installation in Watermans Art Centre to complement the online performances and invite audiences to interact with the unfolding stories.
Longitude is a multi-platform theatre experience running across three episodic performances that use Google Hangouts to connect performers in Barcelona, Lagos and London. Set in a near-future when water has become a scarce resource, Longitude will tell the story of five characters endeavouring to smuggle and sell water to Nigeria, and make a killing out of climate change.
Greenpeace invited us to come down to Glastonbury for a second year running, and this time we were asked to VJ live at Silver Hayes during the silent disco. Keeping in line with their current campaign, we created a set of .gifs from their footage of the Arctic and mashed these together live. Here is a couple of photographs that our friend Bafic took while we were down there.
Our friends LV & Joshua Idehen played Boiler Room recently and asked us to VJ for them during their live performance. The visuals are based on the creative direction we developing for their latest album and single artwork. Watch this space!
